Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of daily accounting records and financial journals.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable departments in verifying invoices and processing payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy across internal systems.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Conduct regular filing of financial documents and ensure all records comply with company policies.
- Support the year-end closing process and tax documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve discrepancies in expense reports or purchase orders.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
