Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily data entry and maintenance of financial ledgers.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Assist the team with document filing, record-keeping, and invoice verification.
- Help prepare materials for internal audits and tax compliance documentation.
- Support general office administrative tasks related to the finance department.
- Collaborate with senior accountants on specific project-based financial analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Availability for a minimum of 3-6 months internship period.
