Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the finance team in daily accounting operations and data entry tasks.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Participate in the accounts payable and receivable process to ensure timely processing.
- Conduct financial data analysis to support internal audits and budgeting activities.
- Assist in the documentation and filing of financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Current undergraduate student (Semester 6+) or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to commit to a full-time or part-time internship duration (3-6 months).
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
