As a Finance & Accounting Lead, you will bridge the gap between operational accounting and strategic financial planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily financial and accounting operations, including General Ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure full compliance with PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) and local taxation regulations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of professional growth and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits and regulatory reporting.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and variance analysis to support healthy business performance.
- Drive improvements in financial processes and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Professional Certification (CPA/ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role within a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK standards and Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Proficiency in integrated ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data into business strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing medium-sized teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
