Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and internal standards.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure data integrity and minimize financial risks.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes to support organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year-end closing and compliance audits.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to management to drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Mentor and supervise the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
- Ensure full compliance with all local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and PSAK/IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial reporting cycles and process improvements.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and excellent analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and proficient English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Surabaya and handle high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
