We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, managing cash flow, and overseeing the accounting team. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting department, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with Indonesian PSAK and IFRS standards.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing strategic guidance to senior management on financial performance and trends.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, internal controls, and financial regulations to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow management, and treasury activities to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct internal audits and process reviews to identify areas for cost reduction and operational optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar software) is required.
- Experience working within the healthcare or large-scale service industry is a significant plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
