Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the accounting and finance department.
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collection.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Develop and manage the annual budget and provide financial forecasting.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure the accuracy of financial records and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the finance sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh/PNBP) and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven track record in financial reporting and budget management.
- Certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is a plus.
