Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, forecast financial requirements, and maintain effective banking relationships.
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and reporting to ensure the company meets all statutory obligations.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to mitigate operational risks.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Pajak) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of accounting professionals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
