PT Beruang Salju is seeking a strategic Finance Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations
- Oversee tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Analyze financial performance and prepare executive dashboards/reports
- Implement internal controls and process improvements
- Manage and develop the accounting team through mentorship and training
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial accounting role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office
- Proven experience in team leadership and performance management
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industry preferred
