As the Finance & Accounting Manager, you will oversee end-to-end financial reporting, cash flow management, and tax planning. You will lead a high-performing finance team, providing them with the mentorship and direction needed to streamline accounting processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals.
- Manage corporate tax compliance, including PPh, PPN, and other relevant corporate tax obligations.
- Implement and monitor effective internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
- Analyze financial performance and provide detailed variance reports to executive management.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the finance department to ensure high operational efficiency and professional development.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Professional Certification (CA/CPA/CMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven track record in managing budgets, financial planning, and cash flow forecasting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and collaborate across various hospital departments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
