Inkatama Duta Investindo is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations in Surabaya. In this strategic role, you will be the cornerstone of our financial integrity, responsible for overseeing accounting processes, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting that drives business growth. You will partner with senior leadership to provide actionable insights, ensuring fiscal health and operational efficiency across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Manage corporate tax filings, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN) compliance.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial policies to mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with department heads to formulate budget projections and perform variance analysis.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to management to support investment decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Taxation Laws (Pajak) and PSAK.
- Proven expertise in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level reporting.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing accounting teams.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
