Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury management
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead budgeting processes and provide variance analysis for senior management
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (SAI)
- Manage financial reporting requirements for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Supervise and develop the finance team through performance coaching and training
- Optimize financial processes using ERP systems and automation tools
- Conduct risk assessments and implement internal control procedures
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance; S2/Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial finance roles
- Strong expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Proven track record in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A) highly regarded
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
