Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise daily finance operations and accounting activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of accounting professionals to ensure high performance.
- Manage the full cycle of financial closing, including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, financial standards, and internal company policies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and support management in reporting.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during internal and external audits.
- Implement and improve internal controls and financial reporting systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Finance Manager or Senior Accountant role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly preferred.
