Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including General Ledger, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts to support business planning and strategic growth.
- Ensure full compliance with all local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial trends and KPIs to provide actionable insights for operational improvements.
- Oversee internal audit processes and implement robust internal controls to mitigate risk.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth audit cycles.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws, PSAK, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or consumer goods environment.
