Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with company growth targets.
- Oversee tax compliance, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN) reporting.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and supervise the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA designation is a strong plus).
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (Pajak) and PSAK standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
