PT Sinaran Harindo Pratama is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Finance & Accounting Manager to join our growing team in Surabaya. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in financial reporting, tax management, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex accounting data and actionable business decisions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Lead tax planning, filing, and compliance activities to ensure adherence to Indonesian tax laws.
- Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support operational objectives.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial data accuracy.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during tax audits or financial reviews.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to senior management to aid in business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CPA/CA is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Finance/Accounting management role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations (PPH/PPN).
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing small-to-mid-sized finance teams.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
