Jawara Bakery is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance & Accounting Manager to join our team in Medan. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, overseeing the monthly closing process, ensuring absolute tax compliance, and providing actionable data-driven insights to our leadership team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations for business growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes with high accuracy.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to mitigate risk.
- Monitor company cash flow and manage banking relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Proven experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with modern accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong sense of integrity and professional ethics.
