We are seeking a dynamic Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and drive strategic business initiatives at Indonesian Tobacco. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance while contributing to the company's growth trajectory. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP standards, and internal controls
- Lead and develop the finance team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Implement and maintain financial systems and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting management
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification required
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
