As our Finance Accounting Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial functions, ensuring that our daily accounting operations are accurate, compliant, and optimized. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Conduct detailed operational cost analysis to identify areas for efficiency and savings.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and local regulations.
- Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filings to ensure adherence to Indonesian tax laws.
- Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Provide actionable financial insights and reports to the management team to support strategic growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or Professional Certification (CPA, CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Deep understanding of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional finance team.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
