We are currently seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Finance & Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Full-Cycle Accounting: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements and management reports to senior leadership.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian tax laws and prepare the company for external audits with confidence.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial processes and implement internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise the finance team to foster a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Tax Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and corporate accounting standards.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
