Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial risk mitigation
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes and audit preparations
- Supervise and develop the finance team through coaching and performance management
- Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
