Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance department, supervising a team of accounting professionals.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal control policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and bank representatives to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial workflows and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within an MNC setting.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
