Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and present regular, detailed financial performance reports to senior management.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, local regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Supervise the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive cost-efficiency and operational improvements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for all financial and tax audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems like SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proven track record in managing teams and overseeing complex financial reporting cycles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
