Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers? PT Silent Cicada Tech is currently seeking a highly motivated Finance & Accounting Officer to join our expanding team in Tangerang. As we continue to scale our operations, we need a dedicated individual to oversee our daily financial activities, ensure rigorous compliance, and provide accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity. You will be responsible for managing everything from daily expense tracking and accounts payable/receivable to complex tax reporting. We are looking for a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger maintenance and cash flow monitoring.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including preparation and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, and VAT (PPN).
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify daily transactions for accuracy.
- Maintain internal financial controls and assist in the budgeting process.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual financial reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian PSAK standards and Indonesian Taxation (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure in a growing company environment.
- Strong professional communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
