Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following Indonesian accounting standards (SAI)
- Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, and internal financial policies
- Coordinate with auditors during financial examinations and implement audit recommendations
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Develop financial reports for management decision-making and stakeholder communications
- Maintain organized financial documentation and digital filing systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from accredited university
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting role, preferably in Indonesian companies
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh) and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) is advantageous
