Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and control the accuracy and timely execution of all financial operations and transactions.
- Manage investment portfolios and track financial returns to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare, verify, and reconcile financial statements and general ledger entries on a monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Maintain efficient operational workflows and optimize internal financial control procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth audit processes and data transparency.
- Assist management with financial reporting, variance analysis, and budget monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, Final, PPN) and PSAK.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight monthly deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage.
