Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records including general ledgers, journals, and subsidiary accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with supporting documentation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment cycles
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis for all financial transactions
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and expense control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Support internal audits and implement process improvements for financial efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for financial reporting and stakeholder collaboration
- Integrity and ethical conduct in financial management practices
