Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against budgets
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax returns
- Collaborate with project teams to manage project costs and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and implement internal controls
- Support management with financial analysis for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
