Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Perform comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements and provide analytical commentary on variances to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and address any identified discrepancies.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow, tax obligations, and regulatory reporting requirements specific to the multifinance industry.
- Implement and optimize financial accounting software to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of professional excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting, with a strong background in the finance or banking industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, PSAK, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven ability to manage complex data sets and produce accurate, actionable financial reports under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
