Agung Sedayu Group, one of Indonesia's leading property developers, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic corporate team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the strategic financial goals of the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, executing month-end closing processes, and providing insightful analysis to management. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial accounting processes, including AP/AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK.
- Monitor cash flow, handle petty cash, and manage corporate banking transactions.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including accurate calculation and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track project budgets and control operational expenses.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during statutory audits and inspections.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in the property or construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experienced with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Oracle).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively and handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
