Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate expense tracking and budget management.
- Handle tax documentation, filings, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax administration.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation laws and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bandung, West Java.
