You will be responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy in AP/AR cycles, and supporting our tax and audit compliance frameworks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the ERP system.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including aging analysis and payment scheduling.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow, including bank reconciliations and liquidity reporting.
- Support the tax team in the preparation of tax returns (PPh, PPN) and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation.
- Analyze operational expenses and provide actionable insights for cost-efficiency improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the heavy equipment or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting systems) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian PSAK and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Professional fluency in Indonesian and basic English communication skills.
