Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial administration, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and track company expenditures effectively.
- Support management in budget planning and financial forecasting for wellness center operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all financial documentation is correctly archived and accessible.
- Implement and improve internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
