AHMAD PUTRA INDO KARYA is currently seeking a dedicated Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our growing team in Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial health of our organization, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting our strategic decision-making processes.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger management, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and handle periodic tax filings (PPh, PPN).
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure proper financial documentation.
- Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or financial roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and local tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Residing in or willing to be based in Bali.
