Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate bookkeeping and expense reporting.
- Handling tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN) and ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Reconciling bank accounts and general ledger entries on a consistent basis.
- Assisting with internal and external audits to ensure financial transparency.
- Supporting management with financial analysis and budget planning reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or MYOB).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B is an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and professional integrity.
