As a key player in our finance department, you'll handle day-to-day financial operations including accounts receivable/payable management, invoice verification, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, tax administration, and daily financial documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes efficiently
- Verify and process vendor invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate records
- Coordinate vendor payments and manage cash flow effectively
- Handle tax compliance documentation and administrative tasks
- Maintain daily financial records and documentation
- Support internal audits and financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
