Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute daily accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
- Perform timely and accurate accounts reconciliation for bank, vendor, and internal accounts.
- Prepare comprehensive regular financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to financial documentation and internal filing systems.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure all financial transactions comply with local tax regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data flow and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of local Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
