Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger maintenance and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with corporate policies.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to facilitate cross-border financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure full compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with treasury management tasks to optimize company liquidity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes and improve financial controls.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian (English proficiency is a strong plus).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, VAT) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and maintain professional integrity.
