Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and growth trends.
- Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget alignment.
- Support the business owner with strategic financial planning and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards in Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or local ERPs).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with a result-driven mindset.
