This pivotal role is responsible for the overall financial health of the foundation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in all accounting and financial reporting activities. As a Finance & Accounting Staff member in Surabaya, you will oversee the complete accounting cycle—from daily transaction processing and account reconciliations to preparing insightful financial statements for management. You will lead tax compliance initiatives, manage payroll, and support the annual budgeting process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete full-cycle accounting including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), Final, VAT/PPN, and Corporate Income Tax).
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis to support strategic planning.
- Process the monthly payroll cycle, including salary calculations, deductions, BPJS contributions, and reimbursements.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage petty cash operations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies during audits and tax filings.
- Develop and maintain a robust filing system for financial documentation and implement internal control procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance. Experience in a non-profit or education foundation is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation (Brevet A/B/C certification is highly preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zahir, Accurate, or similar) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrates high integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya and work full-time.
