Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily financial transactions and recording them accurately in the accounting system.
- Preparing comprehensive monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
- Handling end-to-end invoice processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management.
- Monitoring and reporting on company cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Preparing and filing basic tax obligations in compliance with current local regulations.
- Reconciling bank accounts and ensuring all financial records are audit-ready.
- Collaborating with management to provide insights on cost-saving opportunities and financial performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or Excel-based systems).
- Deep knowledge of tax regulations (PPh 21/23/25, PPN) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
