PT Nusantara Timber Pratama, a leading innovator in the high-quality veneer and wood processing industry, is seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Finance & Accounting Staff to join our growing team in Gresik. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, including recording all financial transactions and maintaining updated ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
- Handle tax documentation and ensure compliance with local Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track production costs related to veneer manufacturing.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and external tax reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with a strong internship background are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial accounting principles (PSAK).
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain data confidentiality.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team structure.
- Willingness to be based in Gresik, Jawa Timur.
