Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records for shipping operations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track operational expenses related to shipping and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and statutory financial requirements.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and petty cash on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audits and maintain organized documentation for financial reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly financial closing deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
