PRO7 Autolighting, a leader in the automotive lighting industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Staff to join our growing team in Surabaya. As a vital member of our financial department, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about accuracy, possesses strong analytical skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will handle full-cycle accounting tasks, from day-to-day transaction recording to the preparation of comprehensive financial reports. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accurate data entry into the accounting system.
  • Coordinate and execute Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes to ensure timely settlement.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between company records and financial statements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with company SOPs and tax regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and statutory filings.
  • Support the finance team with budget tracking and variance analysis.
  • Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Surabaya.
