Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage tax documentation (VAT/PPh) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track budget performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with strong internship performance are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiar with Accounting Software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a significant advantage).
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
