Tanggung Jawab
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports and ensure timely tax reporting (PPh, PPN).
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and manage general ledger entries in compliance with company standards.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate invoicing and documentation of expenses.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary financial statements and supporting documents.
- Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven work experience in a Finance or Accounting role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
