Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Handle tax documentation and ensure compliance with local tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers and manage vendor payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounting records on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track expenditures and optimize operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling).
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
