Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily operational expenses and production costs (HPP).
- Manage petty cash and daily cash flow reports to ensure liquidity for operational needs.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and bookkeeping records in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to reconcile material usage against output.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly tax reporting and annual financial audits.
- Implement cost-control measures to minimize waste and improve profit margins.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience in the FnB sector is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
