Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is properly documented.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and operational expenses to ensure budget compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure adherence to local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial workflows and reporting efficiency.
- Maintain electronic and physical financial records in accordance with company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar systems).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya.
