Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
- Maintain and update the general ledger with precision and compliance to company policy.
- Collaborate with the management team to assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor tax obligations and ensure timely submission of tax reports.
- Assist in internal and external audits to maintain transparency and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws (e.g., PPh, PPN).
- High attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
